Sourced and sold by us

Every product on this site is sold by KTEBO Co., Ltd. We take responsibility from sourcing and sales through to after-sales support.

Checked on arrival and before dispatch

For orders placed on this site, our staff check appearance, quantity and accessories when goods arrive and again before they ship. If an item is defective or the wrong item arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery as a guide. We cover return shipping and will replace or refund it. Quality problems you notice after 7 days will also be handled if you contact us within one year of noticing them.

Shipped from our own Osaka warehouse

Products are stored in our own warehouse in Osaka. We ship 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays, usually within 24 hours of order confirmation. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, so delivery typically takes 1–3 days after dispatch. Shipping is free across Japan.
