Review Guidelines

Members who have completed registration, including email verification. You may review any item, whether or not you have bought it. For items you ordered, we also email a one-time posting link three days after delivery. That link works once and cannot be used by anyone else. Reviews we can match to your order history are labelled 「購入者」(verified buyer); those we cannot are labelled 「未購入」(not verified). We determine this automatically from order data — you never declare it yourself. ・We never ask for reviews in exchange for rewards or discounts ・We never commission third parties to write reviews ・Nobody connected with us posts while posing as a customer

We check every review before publishing it. Post → check → publish (normally within three business days) Title and body are both optional. A star rating on its own is perfectly acceptable. The check looks only for content we cannot publish. It is not a judgement on what you wrote.

We do not hold back a review because it gives few stars. Critical opinions are published as written, unless they contain something listed in section 4. A page showing only praise is no help to anyone deciding what to buy. What you point out goes into improving the product and correcting our descriptions.

We will not publish a review that contains any of the following. ・Personal data such as names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses ・Content that attacks a specific person or group, or discriminatory language ・Content that breaks the law or encourages unlawful use ・Content unrelated to the item (complaints about couriers, for example — please send those to our support desk) ・Advertising, solicitation or links to outside sites ・Text or images taken from someone else without permission ・Posts impersonating another person ・Photos or video showing names, addresses or other people's faces We do not contact you individually when a review is not published. Please ask us if you would like to know why.

We never rewrite the body, title or star rating of a review. Our admin tools have no function to do so. A review is either published or not published. We do not cut parts out and publish the rest.

We may publish a reply alongside a review. Replies appear below the review, clearly marked as coming from us. Your own text is left untouched.

Your review shows the display name you entered when posting. If you leave it blank, reviews matched to an order show as 「購入者さま」 and all others as 「投稿者さま」. The name and email address on your order are never published. To withdraw a published review, please contact our support desk.

You may attach up to six photos and one video (photos up to 12MB, video up to 50MB). ・Only material you shot yourself ・We strip location and similar capture data from photos before publishing ・Video is stored exactly as uploaded, so capture data may remain — please check before posting ・Files awaiting review are not public. They appear on the product page only once we publish the review ・We use the photos and video you post to display them on this site's product pages

We may remove a published review. The standard differs depending on the 「購入者」 label. ・Reviews labelled 「購入者」 are never removed. We may decline to publish one under section 4, but we do not delete it over what it says ・Reviews labelled 「未購入」 may be removed at our discretion if we judge they do not meet our standards You can see the status of a removed review under 「投稿したレビュー」 in your account. You cannot post again for the same item. If you would like to withdraw your own review, please contact our support desk.
